while we maintain a quality facility and build meaningful relationships.
Policies:
Gateway Center is committed to providing a safe, clean environment
for both our patrons
and employees. For the safety and well-being of all facility
users, patrons and vendors are expected to conduct their event
in a manner which respects the rights of all users. OSHA regulations
are observed by our facility and we mandate the same high standards
for all of our contractors and service providers.
The following building policies and requirements apply to most
Gateway Center events.
- A coordinator will be assigned to your event to provide
a detailed floor plan and expertise on making your event a success. The coordinator
on duty and the catering staff can be reached by any of the
conveniently located house telephones.
- Meeting room rental at Gateway Center includes one wired
microphone, podium, 20 amp electrical service and use of the house sound system.
Room set up and normal janitorial, air conditioning and lighting
services are included. Additional cleanup fees may apply for
above average cleanup or trash. Changes to the room set may
be charged accordingly.
- Gateway Center is a non-smoking facility.
- Decoration Policies: In accordance with fire regulations,
open flame is not permitted for any event. Prohibited decorations
include glitter, confetti or any decorations which pose a
fire hazard or unusual cleanup challenges. No items may be
attached to any wall in the facility.
- All listed prices are subject to change and availability.
Credit cannot be given for equipment or personnel ordered and not used.
- All catering at Gateway Center is conducted through our
exclusive vendor, Eurest Dining Services. No outside food
or beverage is permitted to be brought onto the premises.
- Gateway Center must provide certified operators for all in-house
lift equipment. Outside operators or lift equipment must have
prior approval and show proof of certification before event move-in.
- Outside service providers, i.e. decorator and service contractors,
must be approved by Gateway Center management in advance. Contractors
must have a current service agreement and certificate of insurance
on file.
- Damage to the facility or equipment must be reported to the
Gateway Center office immediately. Clients will be advised of appropriate repair and/or
replacement charges.
- Exhibition services apply for vendors and show promoters
for trade and consumer shows. Storage fees of $10 per 100
lbs. on all advance shipments must be paid prior to receiving
shipment. Advance notice required. All equipment is subject
to availability.
